You can easily add all event types via the admin panel under ** add events **. Set a password

You can set up your own password of course, if you no longer want to use the magic link to log in. Therefore click on your user avatar in the upper right corner.

In the following dialog you can set your own password. Click on change password and the setting will be saved.

Set an avatar

If you want to set your avatar you need to click on the Vacationizr default avatar / profile picutre.

If you hover your mouse over the avatar / profile picture it will show the option to change your avatar.

Now choose your favorite picture and click on save.

Your new avatar will be display on the overview page right after you saved it.

|| Hint: We recommend a picture with 200x200 pixels with a max. of 1 Megabyte for the optimal presentaion.

Simply click on Select theme, where you can find different themes to choose from.

How secure is my stored personal information?

We take security very seriously. Vacationizr is built to provide a secure, easy-to-use and convenient management software for your business. Our goal is to create a secure environment, which is why we took the decision to create a system that ensures privacy by design.

Your payment details (such as your credit card information) are securely and only stored at our PCI Level 1 certified payment processor. The password of your main account, just like the password information of your employee's are stored encrypted in our database.

Third-party communication with other providers is done fully encrypted through Secure Sockets Layer Encryption, if required.

Some holidays depend on the state or even on the district. You might even have custom holidays just for your company that you want to add to the Vacationizr.

You need to go to the Admin-Panel and click on Companies. There you can select to add a custom holiday.

There you can enter all information regarding the custom holiday.
