How to set an avatar / a profile picture?
If you want to set your avatar you need to click on the Vacationizr default avatar / profile picutre. If you hover your mouse over the avatar / profile picture it will show the option to change your avatar. How can I set up part time for an employee?
Part-time jobs can be displayed in the Vacationizr. You can find the option in the Admin panel in the user settings. Just click on the three dots at the side of the employee and select edit. As an admin, how can I withdraw / delete a vacation application that has already been released?
If you accidentally released the wrong vacation, you can remove it as admin. To do this, you have to call up your colleague's year calendar view in the admin panel under Users. There you mark the days you want to remove and enter Remove events as the type of absence and confirm this.

Why can't my employees see their colleagues?
If you want to make sure that your employees can see each other, you first need to adjust the corresponding setting on the respective team. To do so, go to **Teams **in your admin panel.
